• Contact Information: Full name, telephone / WhatsApp number, billing address, postal delivery address, and email address.
• Customization & Event Content: Names of bride/groom, family details, event venues, dates, religious symbols, photographs, and bespoke messages submitted for printing.
• Transaction Data: Payment transaction reference IDs, UPI handles, and Zoho Invoice records. (We do not store credit or debit card numbers on our servers; all payments are processed through RBI-regulated payment gateways).

3. Purpose of Processing Your Data

We process your personal information strictly for legitimate commercial fulfillment:

1. Drafting and revising digital design proofs according to your instructions.
2. Issuing official GST-compliant tax invoices and payment receipts.
3. Coordinating physical parcel shipping, transit tracking, and doorstep delivery with couriers.
4. Providing customer support and updates regarding your order progress.

To execute our printing and delivery services, we share necessary data with vetted third-party service providers who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality:

• Logistics Partners: ST Courier and India Post (name, delivery address, contact telephone for delivery).
• Invoicing & Payment Gateway: Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd. (Zoho Invoice) and licensed banking partners (name, email, invoice amount, transaction token).
• Cloud Infrastructure: Netlify Inc. (secure web hosting and contact form processing with end-to-end SSL/TLS encryption).

All digital proofs, high-resolution artwork, and client records are stored on password-protected studio workstations and encrypted storage systems. Access is restricted strictly to authorized graphic designers and production staff directly involved in fulfilling your order.

7. Photography & Portfolio Showcasing

Under Section 10 of our Customer Terms, we take pride in our artisanal printing and occasionally take artistic photographs of finished wedding cards or stationery for our social media portfolio (@majaako_crafts) or website showcase:

• We always mask, obscure, or crop private telephone numbers, residential addresses, and private monetary details.
• If you prefer that your invitations or stationery remain 100% confidential and not be photographed, simply inform us on WhatsApp or email prior to dispatch, and we will flag your file as private.

8. Data Retention & Customer Rights

• Statutory Retention: Commercial invoices, billing details, and payment receipts are retained for 6 years in strict compliance with the Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act and Income Tax regulations.
• Artwork Retention: Customer digital design files are retained for 6 months post-delivery to facilitate repeat print runs, after which they may be archived or purged.
• Your Rights: You have the right to review your data, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of non-statutory records as detailed in our Data Deletion Policy.
